From first responder access to location-based and video applications for better mission-critical response and intelligence to rising pressures to facilitate cost-saving eGov initiatives, wireless networks have long played a pivotal role in building the digital infrastructure enabling next generation government services.

According to the report, the majority of those surveyed have not yet considered the significance of licensed versus unlicensed spectrum as it relates to wireless network solutions.
